Turkish Coffee

Turkish Coffee is the name of the coffee preparation and cooking method discovered by the Turks. It has a unique identity and tradition with a special taste, mousse, scent, cooking. The coffee, which was obtained by the boiling of the coffee fruit in the Arabian Peninsula, gained a real coffee flavor and unique aroma with this brand new preparation and cooking method. Coffee and Turks met in Europe; Turkish coffee has been prepared and consumed by this method. Turkish Coffee, blended with high quality coffee beans of Arabica type, originating from Brazil and Central America, is finely ground. With the aid of a coffee pot, it is cooked with water and added sugar. Served with small cups. A short period of time is expected for the wire to settle down before smoking. Historically in 1517, the governor of Yemen, Ă–zdemir Pasha, brought his coffee to Istanbul, where people admired its taste. Thanks to the brand new method of preparation found by the Turks, they were cooked in coffee jars and took the name of Turkish Coffee. The coffeehouses, which were first opened in Tahtakale and which spread rapidly all over the city, introduced the coffee to the people. In the coffeehouses chess and backgammon were played, poetry and literature conversations were held at every hour of the day, and books and beautiful articles were read. In the palace kitchen and in the houses, coffee was consumed in large quantities. Raw coffee beans were roasted in pans and then they were pounded on the pestle and cooked in the pots. In a short time, thanks to the traders and travellers and Ottoman ambassadors who fell on their way to Istanbul, the taste and fame of Turkish Coffee swept through Europe and the whole world. The world's oldest coffee cooking method: It consists of foam, coffee and wire. It is a kind of coffee that continues to taste on the palate for the longest time thanks to its soft and velvety foam. Thanks to this delicious foam, which can remain intact for a few minutes, it may remain hot for a long time. Because it is presented in a thin-edged cup, it cools more slowly than other types of coffee, and thus offers a longer lasting coffee enjoyment and intense syrupy consistency in the mouth by over-stimulating the taste buds in the memory. It is softer and aromatic than other types of coffee. It can be easily distinguished from other coffees with its unique smell and special foam. It is considered by coffee lovers as the only coffee that can be boiled. Turkish Coffee is the only type of coffee that is used to tell the future with a fortune-telling. It is unique because its coffee is in the cup, but as it collapses, it does not need to be filtered and drained. As sugar is added when preparing, there is no need for subsequent sweetening as in other coffees. It is healthy because it is not allowed to accumulate in the bottom of the cup. Although it is frequently ingested, it does not bloat since it is not much in quantity. According to other types of coffee, it contains less caffeine. It is the only type of coffee that is ready to drink when it is cooked, as it is added according to preference
